Dear members of EL.E.SY.P., ladies and gentlemen, dear friends,

Welcome to the new site of EL.E.SY.P. which aspire to become an attraction and fruitful dialogue for all those involved and interested in the institution SyEP.

As you know, EL.E.SY.P., The Hellenic Society of Counselling and Guidance, is the only scientific society in the broader related field of study in our country with extensive activity, high level and unambiguous recognition, within which is concentrated the scientific and executive staff of the related field, counselors, career counselors etc. mainly occupied in primary and secondary schools, counseling centers, universities, technological educational institutes, research centers, private bodies etc. The successful path is due to the silent work of many fine scientists who worked for many years with success, modesty, selflessness and commitment to science on the Society’s work.

The journal of EL.E.SY.P., "The Review of Counselling and Guidance" which is regularly issued since 1986, publishes articles selected by scientific judgment with quality that matches even international standards. The objectives of EL.E.SY.P. includes an electronic version of the English-language journal «International Review of Counseling and Guidance».

Among various other activities, such as organizing seminars, workshops and information events, one that draws a considerable amount of attention is the annual scientific conference placed in the beginning of winter (national or international), focusing on a subject chosen as appropriate. The conference made many very significant and interesting scientific papers and presentations by distinguished scientists, from Greece and abroad.

With respect to its historical path, ELE.SY.P. will continue its efforts to the extent possible for valid scientific faceted coverage of the very important sector of Counselling and Guidance and invites you all to assist in its work.
